lottorbit.org is operated under a licence issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority. This page summarises our licensing status, the regulatory framework that governs us, and how to verify our credentials.

Licensed & Regulated Operator

Curacao Lottery Issuance Center B.V. is licensed and regulated by the Curaçao Gaming Authority. We operate in accordance with the licence terms, applicable gaming law and our internal compliance policies covering player protection, fairness and anti-financial-crime controls.

1. Operator and Licence

The lottorbit.org Platform is operated by Curacao Lottery Issuance Center B.V. under a licence granted by the Curaçao Gaming Authority. The licence authorises the offer of scheduled-draw lottery products, currently the Happy 8 (KL8) game, to players in permitted jurisdictions.

Licence holder: Curacao Lottery Issuance Center B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with Company Number 175577.
Licence type: Gaming licence.
Regulator: Curaçao Gaming Authority.
Licence number / issue date: Pending issuance — to be confirmed against the certificate issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, and available on request from our compliance team via the Help Center.

2. Regulatory Oversight

As a licensed operator, Curacao Lottery Issuance Center B.V. is subject to ongoing regulatory oversight. This includes requirements to:

Conduct fair, auditable draws using certified random number generation.
Protect player funds and segregate them from operating capital as required.
Apply Anti-Money-Laundering and Know-Your-Customer controls, with identity verification powered by our verification provider Sumsub (see AML / KYC Policy).
Offer Responsible Gaming and self-exclusion tools (see Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion Policy).
Submit to inspections, audits and reporting by the regulator.

3. Certified Draws

Happy 8 (KL8) draw results are produced by a certified random number engine whose process is auditor-verifiable. The technical controls, prize tiers and game mechanics are described in our Game Rules.

4. Player Funds

Player wallet balances and unsettled prize liabilities are managed in line with the licence's player-protection requirements. Prizes are denominated and settled in US Dollars (USD).

5. Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint about the Platform, please raise it through the Help Center first — every ticket is tracked from Received through to resolution. If a complaint cannot be resolved with us, you may escalate it to the Curaçao Gaming Authority in accordance with its dispute-resolution procedure.
